Who we are

RIFTROCKET and this website are provided by Outpace Performance Ltd. For privacy questions, contact appstore@outpaceperformance.io. This policy covers the native RIFTROCKET iPhone app and riftrocketgame.com. It does not cover the earlier browser prototype hosted elsewhere.

The iPhone app

The app does not collect, transmit or sell personal data. It contains no accounts, advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking or social features. The game, artwork and audio are bundled on your device and can run offline.

Scores, collected stars and run counts are stored locally on your device. They are not sent to Outpace Performance Ltd. Delete the app and its data to remove this progress. Device backups are managed separately through your Apple settings.

Haptic feedback uses the iPhone’s built-in feedback hardware. It does not collect sensor, health or location data.

If you contact us

We receive the email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate problems and provide support. Please send only the information needed for your request.

Support correspondence is retained only for as long as needed to handle the request and any related legal or security obligations. You can ask us to delete it by emailing appstore@outpaceperformance.io.

This website

This site has no advertising, tracking pixels, embedded analytics or non-essential cookies. Images and fonts are served from this website.

Hostinger hosts the website. Your browser sends technical information such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time when loading pages. Hosting services may process access and security logs to deliver and protect the site. Read Hostinger’s privacy information for more about its services.

How information is used and shared

We use support information and website technical information for our legitimate interests in answering requests, operating the website and protecting our services. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Service providers involved in hosting and email may process information needed to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Providers may process information outside your country, subject to applicable safeguards.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal information, or object to its use. Contact us to make a request. We cannot retrieve game progress that is stored only on your device.

You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Children and Apple services

The app does not request personal information from players, including children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support address, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Apple operates the App Store and may process information under Apple’s privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, we will update this page, its date and the app’s privacy information where relevant.
